By using BOT Greg ("the Bot"), users agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. Bot Usage

    2. The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for:

    • Any disruptions in service
    • Data loss
    • Consequences arising from Bot use

  2. Prohibited Uses

    3. Users may not:

    • Use the Bot for illegal activities
    • Spam commands or abuse API limits
    • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Bot
    • Use the Bot to harass others or distribute harmful content
    • Use the Bot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service

  3. Limitation of Liability

    4. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Bot use.

  4. Changes to Service

    5. The developer reserves the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue the Bot at any time
    • Restrict access to users who violate these terms
    • Update these terms with notice to users

  5. Age Requirements

    6. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.

  6. Governing Law

    7. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria.
